Valter Dropdrum Compact Conga Cajon With Bass Reflex

The Dropdrum™ is a unique compact conga cajon with the design of a droplet. It has a very clean and clear conga tone, a massive bass response and crispy slap sounds. And it is very easy to play!
The design of the Dropdrum™ allows for lots of sounds and lots of different uses. One of the unique aspects of this design is that it has a bass reflex tube that leads the bass sound upwards so that it comes out towards the player. The bass sound can therefore go into the same mic as the sound from the head/playing surface. Thanks to the bass reflex tube it has a very rich bass sound and together with the conga-like sounds from the head this makes it a perfect substitute for a lot of different drums like conga/djembe/timbao.
It can be mounted on a normal snare stand or it can be positioned between the knees like bongo drums, or it can be placed over the lap and fastened under the legs with the included strap.
