One of his most prized instruments is a 1955 Les Paul Standard finished in a rare Copper Iridescent, originally created for display at the 1955 NAMM Show. As Joe describes it, “From a distance, it looks brown, but in direct light, it has gold metal flake in the finish.”

It features the same stunning Copper Iridescent finish, a pair of Epiphone P-90 PRO™ pickups wired to CTS® potentiometers and Mallory™ capacitors, and a custom '59 Rounded C neck profile with a long neck tenon for vintage feel and sustain.
