The punchy, mid scooped and crystal-clear clean of the Blackface is matched by replicating the entire signal path in the pedal. It's definitely worth putting this pedal in the FX return of your amp, replacing the preamp for the full sound of the Super Black.
By adjusting the gain and volume, you can experience the break-up of the Fender Blackface at any volume. Because several Blackface amps of different sizes were tested in which there were differences in the amount of bass and compression, Mad Professor added two switch options including bass cut and compression to the Super Black. The tone you are looking for from a Blackface amp can therefore be found no matter the model.
To extend the possibilities with the Super Black the ideal overdrive combination has also been combined in the pedal. Namely the Sweet Honey Overdrive. The match with a Blackface amp is so satisfying that the Sweet Honey Overdrive couldn't be missed on the Super Black.

CONTROLS
MIDDLE and TREBLE: Adjustments for amount of middle and high frequencies in the preamp section.
BASS: Adjusts the amount of the low frequencies.
PRESENCE: Adjust the amount of high frequencies at pedal output.
GAIN: Adjusts the amount of distortion in Blackface side.
DRIVE: Adjusts the amount of distortion in Sweet Honey side.
VOLUME (x2, one for Blackface side and one for Sweet Honey side): Sets the output level.
BASS CUT SWITCH: Full bass level on the left and slightly cut low bass on the right.
COMPRESSION SWITCH: More compression on the left and less compression with maximum dynamics on the right.
